They do have covers that should be on each side, I may stay with the naked look. No cooling shrouds for these engines they just leave it all hanging out.

I'm sure the carb needs cleaning, no clue on the electric but these are so simple its no problem. It needs all of its cables and throttle replaced and an airbox and filterfor the carb. Whoever owned had no clue, they trashed the reverse thread flywheel nut so I hope I can get it off. It is a base model, no speedometer so no idea of mileage but the handlebars are pretty beat up. The one I bought is for a 50V but from what I have read it should fit. The front wheel is the rear one off of a bicycle, I already bought a new one with a hub off Ebay.
